Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in customer service, solid communication skills, and basic familiarity with Microsoft Office. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required for local travel and property visits.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in a customer service role.
• Strong arithmetic, verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with social media marketing.
• MS Word, Excel and Outlook experience is required.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Basic understanding of Federal, State and local Fair Housing laws is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to telephone and internet inquiries from residents and prospects to schedule tours.
• Welcome and greet community guests and tour prospective residents throughout property.
• Process rental applications, obtain required documents, schedule move-ins and prepare lease files.
• Assist with planning and implementation of community marketing plan and events.
• Demonstrate RADCO’s value of Caring by treating residents, vendors, coworkers, and supervisors with respect.
• RADCO Living emphasizes a team approach; perform any reasonable task to fulfill objectives.
• May be required to conduct competitor property visits, market surveys in the local area.
