Job summary

RADCO Living seeks a Leasing Consultant who loves helping people, building relationships, and creating a fun, guest‑friendly atmosphere at our multifamily communities. You will greet visitors, conduct tours, process applications, and support marketing efforts while representing RADCO with professionalism.

Ideal candidates bring 1–3 years in customer service, strong communication, and basic MS Office skills; YARDI experience is a plus and a valid driver’s license may be required for local travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of customer service experience.
• Strong arithmetic, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to de-escalate and solve problems calmly.
• Experience with social media marketing is a plus.
• Self-motivated with task ownership and reliability.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook; YARDI is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Fair Housing laws is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries to schedule virtual, self-guided, or in-person tours.
• Greet guests and prospective residents; assist with tours.
• Process rental applications and move-ins; prepare lease documents.
• Assist with marketing plans and events to generate traffic.
• Uphold RADCO values of caring and professionalism.
• Support team with additional tasks as needed; travel within local market may occur.
