Qualifications

• On-site software functions, basic computer skills required.
• Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lease property, show units, qualify residents, sign leases.
• Maintain prospect traffic and leasing data; respond within 24 hours.
• Support marketing and outreach; assist with market surveys.
• Handle resident relations and complaints; ensure satisfaction.
