Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage leasing, marketing, and resident relations for a property. You will greet visitors, tour communities, qualify applicants, and sign leases, while maintaining accurate leasing data and following marketing strategies.

The role requires on-site attendance, strong customer service, and the ability to close deals. Compensation includes base pay plus potential bonuses within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Ability to perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills needed.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Leasing, marketing and maintaining positive resident relations for the property.
• Regular on-site attendance is required.
• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour, and sign a lease.
• Close the sale with appointments, leads, tours, and follow-up.
• Complete leasing paperwork before move-in and maintain data accuracy.
• Assist with lease audits, tours, and turn process; respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Utilize sales strategies to increase traffic and meet leasing goals.
• Handle administrative tasks and address resident concerns to ensure satisfaction.
