Timberland Partners is seeking a Leasing Consultant for the Avery location in Farmington, MO. The community has 408 units. You will handle leasing, assist with marketing, and maintain positive resident relations.

The role offers an hourly rate of $18–$21 with potential incentive/bonus, plus benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, TD, 401K match, HSA/FSA, PTO, paid holidays, and more. Mon-Fri 8AM-5PM with some Saturdays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Experience in property management or leasing helpful.
• Strong sales ability and customer service orientation.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations is expected.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and assist with questions and paperwork.
• Tour the property and showcase available units.
• Update availability reports as needed.
• Process leases, renewals and related documents.
