Timberland Partners in Bloomington, MN is seeking a Part-Time Leasing Consultant for our France 98 community. The role focuses on leasing, marketing support, and maintaining positive resident relations.

The position offers a part-time schedule (Tue–Thu 9:00am–5:00pm and Sat 10:00am–2:00pm) with a starting pay of $20/hour plus potential incentive/bonus. Benefits include rent discount, PTO, 401K with company match, and career advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• 1+ year in a sales oriented role; 6+ months on-site leasing preferred.
• Superior sales ability.
• Computer proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• YARDI experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and assist with questions and paperwork
• Tour the property and target apartments/model
• Update apartment availability reports as needed
• Process leases, renewals and related documents
• Listen to resident requests, complaints, and comments
• Collaborate in planning and hosting resident functions
• Participate in obtaining and/or distributing marketing information
