P.B. Bell in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant to serve as the primary contact for prospective residents and support marketing and leasing efforts.

You will conduct tours, present features, close rentals, and deliver outstanding customer service while assisting with resident concerns in a fast-paced environment.

• Previous apartment leasing experience preferred.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for prospective residents
• Assist in marketing and leasing efforts to achieve occupancy goals
• Conduct community tours and effectively present apartment features and amenities
• Successfully close rental agreements
• Provide outstanding customer service to current and prospective residents
• Assist with resident concerns and problem-solving
• Complete daily administrative and leasing duties
