Job summary

PB Bell is seeking an experienced Community Manager to lead the on-site team and oversee daily operations of a multifamily community. You will hire, train, motivate, and supervise staff while ensuring excellent resident satisfaction and financial performance.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership, sales, and customer service skills, with a passion for creating outstanding living experiences and high occupancy. Prior Yardi experience is preferred.

Responsibilities
