Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years recertification experience with affordable housing community HUD and LIHTC.
• Strong understanding of HUD 4350, experience with the 236 program and their CPO.
• Section 8 and Tax Credit experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of leasing apartments including tours and processing applications.
• Conduct off-site marketing and assist in preparing marketing surveys.
• Maintain activity reports and assist with resident programs.
