Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage leasing, marketing and positive resident relations for a property. This role requires daily on-site presence and the ability to show, lease and move in prospective residents, with strong attention to detail and customer service.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements, and the capacity to work the leasing cycle from lead to move-in.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required for on-site software functions.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements helpful.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of leasing, marketing and resident relations.
• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet and qualify visitors.
• Complete leasing paperwork and conduct tours and processing of move-ins.
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Support marketing plans and leasing goals; perform related administrative tasks.
