Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage all leasing, marketing, and resident relations for a property. The role requires greeting, qualifying, touring, and signing leases with prospective residents, plus completing all leasing paperwork prior to move-in.

Regular on-site attendance is essential, with duties spanning marketing, market surveys, and managing customer service to achieve leasing goals.

Qualifications

• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Property Leasing and Administration.
• Greet, qualify, tour, and sign leases with prospective residents.
• Close sales: appointments, leads, tours, and move-ins.
• Complete leasing paperwork before move-in.
• Assist with lease audits, walkthroughs, and turn process.
• Maintain prospect traffic data and respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Support marketing plan outreach and market surveys.
• Deliver excellent customer service and manage resident relations.
• Enforce community policies as delegated by supervisor.
