Asset Living seeks a Leasing Consultant to manage leasing, marketing, and resident relations at an affordable housing property. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, qualify applicants, and sign leases, ensuring a smooth move-in process.

The role emphasizes on-site duties, full-time hours, and strong attention to compliance with housing laws. A High School Diploma or equivalent and basic computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic computer skills and on-site software knowledge.
• Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Property Leasing and Administration.
• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required.
• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour, and sign a lease.
• Close sales by making appointments, generating leads, conducting tours and follow-up.
• Complete leasing paperwork before move-in.
• Assist with lease audits, unit walks, and turnover processes.
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Support marketing plans and market surveys to drive traffic and leasing goals.
• Provide excellent customer service and address resident concerns.
• Assist in resident retention programs and community events.
