We value experience with affordable housing programs, on‑site presence, and strong customer service. You will show model units, tour communities, qualify applicants, and close leases.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience with affordable housing programs is preferred.
• Ability to understand and perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage leasing, marketing, and resident relations for the property.
• Show, tour, qualify, and move in prospective residents and sign leases.
• Maintain prospect traffic and leasing data; respond within 24 hours.
• Assist with lease audits, unit walks, and turnover processes.
• Contribute to marketing plans and resident retention programs.
• Enforce community policies and address resident questions and concerns.
