Job summary

Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant for the Waverly community to promote the property, tour prospects, process applications, and support resident programs. You will help residents find their next home and contribute to a positive community image.

You will collaborate with management to maintain occupancy, handle rent collection, and drive retention while benefiting from competitive pay, monthly bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Tax Credit experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help future residents find their next home by touring the community, process lease applications, type up leases and more
• Plan and attend exciting functions for our residents
• Collect and secure rental payments
• Campaign research, reporting and retention
• Maintains an acceptable closing ratio based on current property expectations
