Job summary

Westdale is seeking a Leasing Consultant for our Hollywood, FL leasing team. You’ll greet prospects, show apartments, and process rental applications and leases in line with fair housing laws.

This on-site role focuses on building relationships and closing leases with a friendly, professional demeanor. You will also handle calls, emails, and guest cards, promoting features and amenities while meeting targets.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of apartment leasing experience.
• Good leasing and closing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to type 30 WPM and be organized.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or similar programs.
• Must be able to work 4 Saturdays per month.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greeting visitors and residents.
• Answering and returning resident calls and email requests.
• Completing guest cards and lease paperwork correctly and timely.
• Selling features and amenities to prospective residents.
• Showing apartments.
• Securing leases.

Rate: $22.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)
***Monthly new lease AND renewal bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.***

In addition to greeting prospects, you will also show apartments, close sales, and process rental applications and leases in compliance with fair housing laws. Work Days: Saturday- Wednesday, Thursday and Friday Off
Work Hours: M-F 9:00 am - 6:00 pm; Sat 10:00 am - 5:00 pm; Sun 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm
Required License or Certification: Valid FL Driver’s License
