Regional Property Manager for Propper Asset Management

Who We Are

Propper Asset Management LLC is a privately owned and operated real-estate investment and management firm with residential properties throughout Missouri.

What We Are Looking For

We are currently seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant for a multi-family residential property in South County, Missouri at The Residences of Tesson Ridge. The Leasing consultant will report directly to the Property Manager and be responsible for the full cycle leasing processes for prospective residents.

Responsibilities
  • Warmly greet visitors, prospective renters, and current residents.
  • Provide potential tenants with brochures, information, and tours of facilities and available units.
  • Consult with prospective tenants to identify requirements and budgets, then match these needs with available properties.
  • Ensure available and model apartments are fresh and tidy.
  • Conduct background and credit checks and verify other references as directed by the Property Manager.
  • Facilitate lease execution by obtaining signatures from management (as needed) and tenants.
  • Coordinate move-in dates, materials, and processes.
  • Prepare move-in materials.
  • Create, develop, and maintain a wait list as needed.
  • Tour the property daily to ensure it is neat, tidy, attractive, and in good repair.
  • Manage use of shared facilities such as fitness and recreation areas, and meeting or gathering spaces.
  • Assist with recordkeeping, filing, bookkeeping, and paperwork as required.
  • Create, develop, and maintain a list of promotions and discounts.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract renters.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in multifamily leasing
  • Outgoing, friendly attitude and ability to make others feel welcome and comfortable
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with good sales and customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Experience with YARDI property management software preferred

Schedule
  • Hourly Position
  • Must be available to work Monday to Sunday (Schedule will vary at times with notice)

Must have a valid driver's license, dependable transportation, and automobile insurance as required by the State of Missouri. Travel is primarily local during the business day. This role is primarily onsite. Light lifting may be required from time to time. Standard physical demands within an office and property management environment include lifting objects, opening filing cabinets, and bending or standing as needed.
