Leasing Consultant Responsibilities

• Handle property leasing and administration tasks.
• Attend onsite daily to show, lease, and move in prospective residents.
• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, and sign leases.
• Complete leasing paperwork and assist with lease audits and unit turnovers.
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Utilize marketing strategies to increase property traffic and achieve leasing goals.
• Address resident concerns to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist in developing resident retention programs.
• Support marketing outreach and market analysis efforts.
• Manage customer service and monitor service requests.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills and understanding of onsite management software.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Physical Requirements

• Regular movement around the property, including ascending/descending stairs and ladders.
• Ability to work in various environments, lift objects up to 25 lbs., and work overtime or weekends when needed.

Asset Living offers a comprehensive rewards package, including benefits, 401K, bonuses, and paid time off. Salary ranges from $14 to $15 per hour.
