Adara Communities is seeking an experienced Apartment Leasing Consultant for Villas at Bulverde in Spring Branch, TX. You will greet and qualify prospects, close leases, verify applications, and maintain accurate paperwork while delivering exceptional service to residents and guests.

The role emphasizes occupancy goals, outreach, and community engagement, plus supporting the manager with daily tasks and upholding a friendly, professional image.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year leasing conventional apartments (REQUIRED).
• Strong sales and leasing skills with a proven ability to close.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Stand, greet, qualify, and close prospects with professionalism.
• Lease apartments to maintain high occupancy and strong leasing performance.
• Verify applications, process leasing paperwork, and ensure accurate documentation.
• Provide exceptional customer services to residents and prospects.
• Generate new traffic through outreach efforts and community engagement.
• Host resident functions and contribute to positive resident relations.
• Create and maintain the property's social media presence to drive traffic and engagement.
• Support the Property Manager/Leasing Manager with daily operations.
• Represent the community with a friendly and professional demeanor.
