Job summary

The Finger Companies in Schaumburg, IL is seeking a motivated Full Time Leasing Consultant to join our team and connect people with their perfect homes. The position requires weekend work and offers a base of $24.00/hour plus commissions and bonuses.

Responsibilities include touring properties, handling inquiries, processing applications, and coordinating move-ins. Proficiency in Office and property management software like OneSite and Real Page is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in property management preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software OneSite and Real Page.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property tours for prospective tenants, highlighting features and amenities.
• Respond promptly to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits.
• Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective residents.
• Process lease applications, conduct credit and background checks, and prepare lease agreements.
• Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including unit inspections and key exchanges.
• Assist with resident retention efforts, including lease renewals and community events.
• Maintain accurate records of leasing activity and resident interactions.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor pricing, and industry best practices.
