Job summary

The Finger Companies in Northbrook, IL, is seeking a motivated Full Time Leasing Consultant to connect people with their perfect homes at The Elaine. Responsibilities include conducting property tours, handling leasing inquiries, processing applications, and coordinating move-ins while maintaining accurate records.

Weekend work is required, and generous commissions, bonuses, and a clothing allowance are provided to reward performance.

Qualifications

• 1+ year property management experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software (OneSite, Real Page).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property tours for prospective tenants, highlighting features and amenities.
• Respond promptly to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits.
• Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective residents.
• Process lease applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease agreements.
• Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including unit inspections and key exchanges.
• Assist with resident retention efforts, including lease renewals and community events.
• Maintain accurate records of leasing activity and resident interactions.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor pricing, and industry best practices.
