Job summary

The Finger Companies in Northbrook, IL is seeking a full-time Leasing Consultant to lead property tours, process applications, and coordinate move-ins at The Elaine. The role requires strong communication and customer service and includes generous commissions and performance incentives.

You will respond to inquiries across channels, maintain resident relationships, and stay informed about market trends to help residents find their perfect homes while upholding high service standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property tours for prospective tenants, highlighting features and amenities.
• Respond promptly to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits.
• Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective residents.
• Process lease applications, conduct credit and background checks, and prepare lease agreements.
• Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including unit inspections and key exchanges.
• Assist with resident retention efforts, including lease renewals and community events.
• Maintain accurate records of leasing activity and resident interactions.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor pricing, and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct property tours for prospective tenants, highlighting features and amenities.
• Respond promptly to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits.
• Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective residents.
