Property Management Associates in Long Beach, CA is seeking a full-time Property Manager to oversee 3 properties totaling 94 units. The role requires on-site residence and a track record in conventional multifamily property management.

Responsibilities include supervising staff and vendors, marketing and leasing apartments, performing regular property walkthroughs, and maintaining preventative maintenance lists. Yardi Voyager and MS Office proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of conventional multifamily property management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong ability to supervise and schedule maintenance staff & vendors.
• Must live on-site and be on-call with one weekend day.
• Knowledge of property accounting and Yardi is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily/weekly property walk-throughs with focus on the preventative maintenance list.
• Market and lease apartments to maintain occupancy targets.
• Supervise team members and vendors to ensure property standards.
• Coordinate maintenance and vendor activities to minimize downtime.

Compensation

• $23.00-25.00 per hour
• Free 1-bedroom apartment
• $300,00 auto allowance per month

Job Requirements Include:

• A minimum of 3 plus years of conventional multifamily property management experience.
• Proficiency with Yardi Voyager is essential.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• The ability to effectively supervise team members and vendors.
• Proficiency with computers, including a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Perform daily/weekly comprehensive property walk-throughs, paying particular attention to items on the preventative maintenance list
• Proven ability to market and lease apartments.
• Effective organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Must be able to live on-site.
