Job summary

Property Management Associates in Santa Ana, CA is hiring a Full Time Leasing Consultant. You will conduct property tours, guide applicants through the lease process, and assist in marketing efforts to fill vacancies.

The role requires excellent verbal and written communication, energetic personality, and strong leasing, sales, and marketing skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with online and social media marketing are a plus; one weekend day is required.

COMPENSATION

$21.00-$23.00 per hour

Earn $100.00 per new lease and $50.00 per renewal.

• Assist in marketing efforts to attract new tenants and promote property vacancies
