Currently, Tarantino manages over $2 billion in real estate assets.

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Leasing Consultant for our Active Adult community in Richmond, Texas, Springwood at Aliana. This role is ideal for someone with strong sales and customer service skills who is passionate about helping potential residents find their ideal home. The Leasing Consultant will be responsible for leasing apartments, providing excellent customer service, and supporting our lease-up program.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively participate in the lease-up process to meet and exceed leasing goals, contributing to community growth.
• Lead personalized property tours, showcase amenities, units, and benefits of our active adult community, and build lasting relationships with prospective and current residents.
• Complete leasing paperwork accurately, including lease agreements, applications, and renewals, following company policies and legal requirements.
• Assist with local marketing campaigns and community events to attract new residents.
• Use property management software to track leasing activities, manage resident interactions, and maintain records for follow-up and reporting.
• Collaborate with the property management team and colleagues to ensure a seamless leasing process and contribute to community success.

Requirements

• Experience in leasing and property management, preferably in active adult communities.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet leasing targets.
• Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
