Luxury Leasing Consultant for 2 communities in Burlington, MA

This is a full-time Leasing Consultant position for two luxury Nordblom communities. To apply you must have at least 1-2 years prior leasing experience ideally in a luxury apartment setting. This is an in-person position there is not the ability to work from home or remote. Working schedule will be Tuesday-Saturday. Experience with Yardi, Yardi CRM and Yardi RentMax is a plus. Experience with similar software such as MRI or Realpage are also encouraged to apply. Weekend work (every Saturday) is a requirement of this position. The property is closed on Sundays.

Leasing Consultant Pay

• Competitive pay of $27 per hour based upon experience
• End of year bonus, paid annually of 5%
• Receive $100 for every lease you obtain, qualifies and moves in. This could add approximately $6,000 or more annually to your pay.

Leasing Consultant Benefits

• 5 days of sick time for full time employees
• 5 personal days per year for full time employees
• 10 days of paid vacation accrued in 1st year growing to as much as 5 weeks of vacation over time
• 401K plan. We have it and we put into your plan 4% of your pay per year even if you do not contribute

Leasing Consultant Job Requirements

• At least 3 years’ experience leasing luxury apartments
• Must be able to work a Tuesday through Saturday schedule. Please do not apply if you cannot meet both the Tuesday to Saturday and 3 years’ experience requirements. Our properties are open 6-7 days a week depending on the season which is why weekend work is necessary. It is also when you make the most money!
• Love working with people, all day every day
• Team player
• Good at multi-tasking and handling administrative tasks
• Excellent phone skills. We need professionals who are not afraid to pick up the phone and call someone then follow up by e-mail or text
• Must have a passion for sales
• Luxury mid or high rise experience a plus
• Professional always in appearance, speech and attitude
