Bilingual Leasing Consultant - Chesterfield Village

Join our team at General Services Corporation (GSC) as a Bilingual Leasing Consultant - Chesterfield Village. We have been providing First Class Service since 1971. As part of our GSC family, you'll be supported in your professional growth within a collaborative environment that values open communication and innovation.

Responsibilities:

1. Welcome potential residents via phone or in-person to the GSC community.
2. Assist prospective residents in finding their new apartment by showing units and providing community tours.
3. Coordinate rental applications and qualification processes.
4. Work with the Property Manager to coordinate community and resident appreciation events.
5. Assist residents with lease renewals and other requests.
6. Provide excellent customer service to residents, prospects, applicants, internal staff, and external vendors.

Requirements:

• At least 1+ year of experience in sales and customer service; leasing experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow professionally, with a team-oriented mindset.
• Fluency in Spanish is required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must be 18 years or older.
