Westdale Asset Management is seeking a Leasing Consultant for a Northwest Houston apartment community. You will greet prospects, show apartments, close leases, and process applications in compliance with fair housing laws.

The role requires at least 1 year of leasing experience, bilingual English/Spanish, and strong communication; knowledge of Yardi is a plus. Competitive pay and full benefits are offered with a Saturday work requirement.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leasing consultant experience.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Good leasing and closing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to type 30 WPM and be organized.
• Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs.
• CRMIQ/Yardi experience.
• Must be able to work Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Greeting visitors and residents.
• Answering and returning resident calls, as well as email requests.
• Completing guest cards and lease paperwork correctly and timely.
• Selling features and amenities to prospective residents.
• Showing apartments.
• Securing leases.

Rate: $15.00 - $16.50 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)
***Monthly new lease AND renewal bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.***

Work Days: Monday – Saturday
Spring Hours:Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm; Wednesday 9:00 am - 1:00 pm; Saturday 10:00 am - 2:00 pm
Fall Hours:Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm; Wednesday 8:30 am - 12:30 pm; Saturday 10:00 am - 2:00 pm
Required License or Certification: Valid Texas Driver’s License.
