Westdale Asset Management seeks a Leasing Consultant for our Duluth community. You will greet prospects, show apartments, process applications, and close leases in a friendly, professional manner.

The role requires 1–2 years leasing experience, strong communication, and the ability to work Saturdays. Base pay is hourly with monthly bonuses in addition to benefits and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1-2 year of apartment leasing experience preferred.
• Good leasing and closing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to type 30 WPM and be organized.
• Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or similar programs.
• Must be able to work 3-4 Saturdays per month.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greeting visitors and residents.
• Answering and returning resident calls, as well as email requests.
• Completing guest cards and lease paperwork correctly and timely.
• Selling features and amenities to prospective residents.
• Showing apartments.
• Securing leases.

Rate: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)

***Monthly new lease AND renewal bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.***

As Leasing Consultant, you make that important first connection with potential residents; you also make a difference in people's lives by helping them find their perfect apartment home. In addition to greeting prospects, you will also show apartments, close sales, and process rental applications and leases in compliance with fair housing laws. Work Days: Monday - Saturday
Work Hours: M-F 8:00 am - 5:00 pm; Sat 10:00 am - 5:00 pm
Required License or Certification: Valid GA Driver's License
