B.HOM Student Living is seeking a dynamic Leasing and Marketing Manager to lead the leasing and marketing strategy for our student housing community. You will drive occupancy, revenue, and resident retention while guiding a team to deliver show-ready tours and compelling sales experiences.

You'll develop weekly to annual marketing plans, analyze market data and university trends, engage campus partners, and report on performance.
