Job summary

General Manager at B.HOM Student Living oversees all community operations, staffing, leasing, marketing, maintenance, financial management, and resident experience. You will lead a high-performing team, drive occupancy and tenant satisfaction, and ensure adherence to financial controls and company policies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead hiring, training, coaching, and development of all team members.
  • Oversee day-to-day property operations and financial performance.
  • Support leasing efforts, tours, and sales activities; maintain occupancy goals.
  • Build relationships with campus partners and local organizations.
  • Manage resident relations, conflict resolution, and lease compliance.
  • Oversee budgeting, expenses, and financial controls; monitor NOI.

This includes oversight of staffing, leasing, marketing, maintenance, financial management, and resident experience.
