Compensation: $22 per hour

Overview
We are seeking a Leasing Consultant who excels in customer service, connecting with prospective residents to understand their needs and secure lease agreements.

Responsibilities

• Highlight your community’s unique features to generate interest and differentiate from competitors
• Guide potential residents through the leasing process with effective communication
• Address resident concerns and assist in resolving issues
• Build and maintain relationships to retain and attract residents
• Perform administrative tasks with attention to detail
• Organize engaging activities for residents

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus
• Valid Driver’s License
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Flexible schedule, including weekends
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
