Essential Job Functions:

• Communicate professionally via verbal and written means

Minimum Education and Experience:

• At least 2 years of leasing experience
• Experience with affordable housing required
• Multi-family experience preferred

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

• Frequent sitting, standing, and walking
• Regular talking and hearing
• Use of hands for handling objects
• Occasional climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling
• Lift/move up to 25 pounds occasionally
• Visual abilities including close and distance vision
• Moderate noise level; ability to withstand seasonal outdoor conditions
