Job summary

Westdale Asset Management is seeking a Leasing Consultant for a 204-unit apartment community in Jacksonville, FL. You will greet prospects, show apartments, close leases, and process applications in compliance with fair housing laws.

Responsibilities include answering calls, managing emails, and preparing lease paperwork. The role offers a base hourly rate plus monthly bonuses for new leases and renewals, along with a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of apartment leasing, customer service, or sales experience.
• Good leasing and closing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to type 30 WPM and be organized.
• Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs.
• Must be able to work 3 Saturdays per month.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus!

Rate: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)

***Monthly new lease AND renewal bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.***

Work Days: Monday – Saturday
Work Hours: M-F 8:30 am - 5:30 pm; Sat 10:00 am - 5:00 pm
Required License or Certification: Valid FL Driver’s License
