Job summary

Westdale Asset Management in Hollywood, FL is seeking a Leasing Consultant to connect with prospective residents, show apartments, close leases, and process applications in line with fair housing laws.

You'll greet visitors, answer calls and emails, and secure leases while representing our 324-unit luxury mid-rise community. A minimum of two years leasing experience, bilingual English/Spanish a plus, and ability to work Saturdays are required.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of apartment leasing experience.
• Good leasing and closing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to type 30 WPM and be organized.
• Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs.
• Must be able to work 4 Saturdays per month.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus!

Responsibilities

• Completing guest cards and lease paperwork correctly and timely

Rate: $22.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)
***Monthly new lease AND renewal bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.***

Work Days: Saturday- Wednesday, Thursday and Friday Off
Work Hours: M-F 9:00 am - 6:00 pm; Sat 10:00 am - 5:00 pm; Sun 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm
Required License or Certification: Valid FL Driver’s License
