Base pay range

$16.00/hr - $19.00/hr

Responsibilities and Duties

1. Maintain regular office hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
2. Answer leasing office phones as instructed by the Community Manager.
3. Show and lease apartments professionally and courteously, following company policies.
4. Understand and adhere to lease agreements, landlord-tenant laws, and fair housing regulations.
5. Develop and maintain a reference book on property features, amenities, and promotions.
6. Handle inquiries from referrals, walk-ins, and phone calls.
7. Coordinate apartment showings with the Community Manager.
8. Process applications in accordance with company policies for approval.
9. Maintain leasing checklists and resident files accurately.
10. Collect deposits and rents, handle tenant complaints, and process work orders.
11. Inspect apartments for move-out conditions and assist in market analysis and advertising efforts.
12. Assist with leasing events, promotional activities, and administrative tasks.

Requirements

All employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Compensation and Benefits

$16 - $19 per hour plus bonuses, with benefits including PTO, medical & dental coverage, and 401(k) with employer matching. Friendly working environment.

Shift

8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, closed on major holidays, including Saturdays.
