Sunbelt Rentals, the fastest-growing rental business in North America, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative. The Equipment Rental Specialist role involves supporting telephone and walk-in customers with rental of construction and industrial equipment. This position is the company's front line of contact, responsible for understanding customer needs, negotiating, and placing orders. Strong administrative skills and a professional attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required
• Valid Driver’s license required
• Familiarity with construction/industrial tools and equipment

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the equipment rental industry
• Strong customer service and phone skills
• Computer and administrative proficiency
• DOT Qualification (preferred)
• Bilingual abilities (preferred in some locations)

Physical Demands

This role requires bending, squatting, reaching, lifting 50+ pounds, and working indoors/outdoors as needed. Reasonable accommodations will be made in compliance with laws.
