Dietz Property Group is seeking a sales professional for a full-time Leasing Consultant (40 hours/week) at one of our premier apartment communities in Columbus, OH. Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience in sales or face-to-face customer service and meet the outlined requirements.

Duties

• Make and take calls with prospective residents, describing community features and benefits.
• Perform sales presentations and tours, identifying and selling to customer needs.
• Prepare and process screenings and paperwork for applicants and residents.
• Create and participate in resident social activities.
• Provide professional service to residents, prospects, team members, and vendors.
• Perform other duties as required.

Ideal Candidates Must Have

• Positive enthusiasm and strong communication skills.
• Selling and closing skills.
• Ability to maintain a professional workspace.
• Experience with Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet.
• Flexibility to work Saturdays.
• Previous property management experience is not required.

Work Schedule

This full-time position typically follows a Monday-Friday, 9 am to 6 pm schedule, depending on property needs.
