Dietz Property Group is seeking a sales professional to become a Full-time Leasing Consultant (40 hours per week) at two of our premier apartment communities in Westerville, OH. Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in sales or face-to-face customer service and be able to perform the required duties listed below.

Duties

• Make and take calls with prospective residents, describing community features and benefits
• Perform sales presentations and tours, identifying and selling to customer needs
• Prepare and process screenings and paperwork for applicants and residents
• Create and participate in resident social activities
• Provide professional service to residents, prospects, team members, and vendors
• Perform other duties as required

Ideal Candidates Must Have

• Ability to express positive enthusiasm and connect with people
• Selling and closing skills
• Professional office and workspace management
• Experience with Word, Excel, Publisher, Outlook, and internet
• Flexibility to work Saturdays and a varied schedule
• Previous property management experience is not required

Work Schedule

This full-time position generally requires hours from 9 to 6, Monday through Saturday, depending on property needs.
