Wilcox Communities seeks to hire a full-time Leasing Consultant to join our Central Ohio team! The Leasing Consultant will be someone that helps the Company achieve leasing goals and customer experience goals in the assigned Communities.

As a Leasing Consultant with Wilcox Communities your role will be a blend of:
Lead Management: You are the first point of contact for our prospective and current residents and responsible for responses and following up with potential residents to provide information about our communities and apartment homes.You will give guided tours of the Community and apartments and deeply knowledgeable about Wilcox Communities and what we have to offer to our residents in our homes and community amenities. You’re committed to success, and you are results driven.
Administrative Responsibilities: You will be assisting with new lease applications and other related processes, as well as coordinating the renewal lease process for current residents.
Customer Experience: You do the little things, as well as the big things, that show people you care. Creating memorable experiences that our customers will tell others about excites you. You understand that loyalty is earned by doing the unexpected and you’re willing to ensure you and your team deliver on our goal of delivering outstanding customer experience no matter what the circumstance. Following up with current and prospective residents on feedback and concerns. Assisting with customer service and experience initiative and events throughout the Community
REQUIREMENTS
Required Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
· Responsible, accountable, and self-motivated, qualified individual will be able to work in a fast-paced environment

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
· DRIVER’S LICENSE: This position may require some travel therefore, you must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
· BACKGROUND: You must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check
· FLSA STATUS: Full-time, non-exempt employee
· TRAVEL:Minimal / Occasionally required
· REPORTS TO: Community Manager
· SALARY: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour plus commission
