Company: Align Communities, an entrepreneurial and fast-growing multifamily resident services business based in Winter Park, Florida, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Leasing Consultant. We manage a diverse portfolio of properties, providing top-notch service to our residents.
Position Overview: As a Leasing Consultant, you will assist prospective residents through the leasing process, maintain occupancy levels, and ensure resident satisfaction across our properties. This is a MOBILE position. You will be leasing at multiple communities. You must have a reliable vehicle.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Serve as the first point of contact for prospective residents, providing excellent customer service throughout the leasing process. Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, text, email, and in-person visits. Address questions, schedule tours, and promote available apartments.
- Property Tours: Conduct informative and engaging property tours, showcasing community features and amenities. Highlight unique selling points and communicate benefits of residency.
- Lease Administration: Guide prospective residents through application submission, background checks, and lease signing. Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and complies with company policies and legal requirements.
- Market Knowledge: Stay informed about local market trends, competitor pricing, and industry developments. Make rental rate recommendations to maintain competitiveness and maximize occupancy.
- Resident Relations: Foster positive relationships with current residents to promote retention and satisfaction. Address concerns promptly and professionally, resolving issues satisfactorily.
- Marketing and Outreach: Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies using online platforms, social media, and community outreach to attract prospects and increase visibility.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain leasing office supplies, organize files, and update leasing databases with current information.
- Collaboration: Work effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent resident experiences.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience in leasing, sales, customer service, or related fields preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with diverse individuals.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management skills.
- Spanish-language proficiency preferred.
- Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
Compensation & Schedule
This position offers an annual salary up to $46,000, based on experience and education.
