• Engaging Prospective Residents : Screen all applicants against qualification standards and achieve a 33% conversion rate from prospect to resident.
• Delivering Exceptional Service : Maintain a cheerful, professional attitude while presenting yourself and the leasing office with impeccable appearance and hygiene.
• Contributing to Team Success : Share creative ideas, participate in brainstorming, and help implement innovative solutions.
• Driving Marketing Initiatives : Conduct off-site marketing efforts and assist in developing strategic marketing plans.
• Building Community : Support resident programs and retention efforts to ensure a positive living experience for everyone.

Qualifications

• Have at least one year of experience in apartment leasing, customer service, or sales (preferred).
