Beztak, a national Real Estate Development, Construction, and Property Management company, is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join our team. The role involves providing excellent customer service, greeting visitors, presenting apartment features, and securing lease agreements.

Essential Functions

1. Manage all leases from potential and existing clients.
2. Coordinate property viewings, follow-ups, and update contact management database.
3. Market all rental listings.
4. Coordinate and schedule lease applications, ensuring compliance.
5. Execute new lease agreements and coordinate move-in processes.
6. Prepare all lease-related paperwork.
7. Manage regulatory and compliance services.
8. Respond to queries/leads and conduct property inspections.
