Job summary

Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant at Nolen Grand who will implement the leasing and marketing program, promote the community image, and assist management with resident programs and retention.

You will tour the community to help future residents find their next home, process lease applications, collect rent, plan resident events, and contribute to retention efforts. We offer competitive pay, monthly bonuses, rent discount, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience required or preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Tax Credit experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Tour the community with prospective residents and assist with lease applications.
• Plan and attend resident events or functions.
• Collect and secure rental payments.
• Conduct campaign research, reporting and retention activities.
• Maintain an acceptable closing ratio based on property expectations.

Responsibilities

What your day to day might look like:

• Help future residents find their next home by touring the community, process lease applications, type up leases and more
• Plan and attend exciting functions for our residents
• Collect and secure rental payments
• Campaign research, reporting and retention
• Maintains an acceptable closing ratio based on current property expectations
