Job summary

Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Winston-Salem, NC to promote the community and support management with resident programs and retention.

You will tour the property, process leases, collect rent, and plan events, while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining lease metrics. A valid driver’s license and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent to.
• Tax Credit experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Tour the community and process lease applications.
• Plan and attend resident events.
• Collect and secure rental payments.
• Campaign research, reporting and retention.
• Maintain an acceptable closing ratio based on property expectations.

Responsibilities

What your day to day might look like:

• Help future residents find their next home by touring the community, process lease applications, type up leases and more
• Plan and attend exciting functions for our residents
• Collect and secure rental payments
• Campaign research, reporting and retention
• Maintains an acceptable closing ratio based on current property expectations
