Job summary

Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a friendly Leasing Consultant to join Park Place at Loyola in Austin, TX. You will welcome visitors, tour the community, process lease applications, and help residents feel at home.

You’ll coordinate events, collect rent, and support retention efforts while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining our community image.

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Tax Credit experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Help future residents find their next home by touring the community, process lease applications, type up leases and more.
• Plan and attend exciting functions for our residents.
• Collect and secure rental payments.
• Campaign research, reporting and retention.
• Maintains an acceptable closing ratio based on current property expectations.
