Job summary

Westdale Asset Management is seeking a Leasing Consultant for a 416-unit community in Aurora, CO. You will greet prospects, show apartments, process rental applications, and secure leases in compliance with fair housing laws.

The role emphasizes sales, customer service, and strong communication in a fast-paced environment. Work is Tue–Sat with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits. A CO driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of leasing experience on an apartment community
• Good leasing and closing skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to type 30 WPM and be organized
• Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs
• Must be able to work every Saturday
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus!

Responsibilities

• Greeting visitors and residents
• Answering and returning resident calls, as well as email requests
• Completing guest cards and lease paperwork correctly and timely
• Selling features and amenities to prospective residents

Rate: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)

***Monthly new lease AND renewal bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.***

As Leasing Consultant, you make that important first connection with potential residents; you also make a difference in people’s lives by helping them find their perfect apartment home. Work Days: Tuesday – Saturday
Work Hours: T-F 9:00 am - 6:00 pm; Sat 10:00 am - 5:00 pm
Required License or Certification: Valid CO Driver’s License
