Job summary

Evolve Property Management in Daphne, AL is seeking a Leasing Consultant for a full-time, on-site position. You will welcome prospects, conduct tours, and explain lease terms while partnering with the team to ensure a positive resident experience.

You’ll handle applications, support retention, and assist with marketing and property presentation. Some evenings and weekends may be required to meet leasing goals and cultivate a welcoming community.

Qualifications

• Previous leasing, property management, sales, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.

• Ability to work some evenings or weekends as needed.
