Job Description: Leasing Consultant at Kiwi Gogi Apartments

Fogelman, a leader in the multi-family industry with over 60 years of experience, is seeking experienced leasing professionals for Kiwi Gogi Apartments, a 207-unit community in Collierville, TN. Position Summary: The Leasing Consultant conducts tours, manages leasing processes, executes marketing strategies, plans resident events, and maintains positive resident relations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Interview prospective residents and assess their needs and qualifications.
2. Guide prospects through model apartments, discuss layouts, amenities, and lease terms.
3. Follow up consistently with prospects.
4. Process applications and lease renewals in accordance with policies.
5. Schedule move-ins and complete lease paperwork.
6. Ensure apartment readiness prior to move-in and follow up post-move-in.
7. Inspect premises periodically and coordinate maintenance.
8. Plan and coordinate resident events.
9. Handle resident requests and complaints courteously and efficiently.
10. Assist with marketing activities, including surveys and resident notices.
11. Adhere to company policies, including safety and Fair Housing regulations.
12. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Preferred: One year of experience as a leasing professional.
• Related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with virtual and in-person tours preferred.
• Knowledge of property management platforms (e.g., Yardi, Entrata, Yieldstar, CRM) preferred.
• Marketing skills, including social media and resident events, preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance may be required depending on the property.

Environmental and Physical Demands:

Must be able to walk, stand, sit, climb stairs, and perform physical activities as described. Reasonable accommodations available for individuals with disabilities.

• Frequent movement, lifting under 10 lbs regularly, occasional over 10 lbs.
• Dexterity, sensory skills, and communication abilities required.
