Our multi-family community, Miller Creek at Germantown, currently has a full-time Leasing Professional opportunity available.

As a Leasing Consultant, your goal will be to energetically and professionally represent our company to current and future residents. You’ll build relationships, act as a product expert, and use your charisma to market our multi-family homes. This role is ideal for someone engaging, motivated, and dedicated to helping people find their next home.

A Typical Day:

• Welcome prospective residents, learn about their needs, and tour the community.
• Follow up with prospects and promote our communities.
• Complete lease application processes.
• Be knowledgeable about our community offerings, rents, and amenities.
• Conduct market research and assist in marketing efforts.
• Coordinate resident social events to enhance community satisfaction.
