JOB SUMMARY: The LEASING CONSULTANT is responsible for greeting prospects, presenting the property features and benefits, and securing lease agreements from qualified individuals. The role is service-oriented, aiming to make residents feel welcome and comfortable. The Leasing Consultant will escalate situations requiring higher authority.

GENERAL
Work Hours: Flexibility required, including weekends and holidays. 20-40 hours/week; overtime requires prior approval.
Working Environment: Mostly indoors with outdoor exposure; occasional exposure to chemicals and other conditions.
Qualifications: Good leasing and closing skills, organized, basic computer knowledge.
Physical Requirements: Standing, walking, sitting, bending, climbing, pushing, pulling, reaching, lifting, and carrying activities with specified weight limits. Vision, hearing, and speaking abilities required for communication and inspection tasks.
Driving Requirements: Use of personal transportation, valid driver’s license, and ability to operate a golf cart.
